CHAKRA BALANCING SELF-MEDITATION

The objective of the chakra balancing meditation is always to open and clear the chakras. This exercising is most commonly known with followers of Reiki. Follow this meditation of course, if possible use a minimum of 2x weekly and this will aide you in aligning the greater frequency energies plus purify/release any stored negative energy from the body/aura.

This is actually the chakra balancing meditation:

• Sit comfortably over a chair with your mitts on your legs (We have found using the palms facing upwards more beneficial)

• Whilst sitting close your eyesight while focusing on the breath, nice deep slow breathing

Focus your entire attention on Muladhara the base Root chakra - visualize the chakra being a red ball spinning clockwise.

As you concentrate on the base chakra - inhale red - breathe out red. Repeat for a couple of - 3 minutes.

NOTE: Ensure you visualise Muladhara's energy being a clockwise spinning ball based with the Root chakra. Start to see the energy also flowing down via your legs into Nature like a tree spouting its roots and connecting with the center of the earth (This is grounding you.)

Put your attention on the Swadisthana - visualize the chakra as being a bright ORANGE ball spinning clockwise.

As you concentrate on the Swadhisthana chakra - inhale orange - breathe out orange. Repeat for a couple of-3 minutes.

Put your attention around the Manipura chakra - visualize the chakra as being a bright YELLOW ball spinning clockwise.

As you focus on the Manipura - breathe in yellow - breathe out yellow. Repeat for two- 3 minutes

Put your attention on the Anahata chakra - visualize the chakra as a bright GREEN ball spinning clockwise.

As you concentrate on the Anahata chakra - inhale green - breathe out green. Repeat for 2-3 minutes

Put your attention in the Vishuddha chakra - visualize the chakra as a bright BLUE ball spinning clockwise.

As you concentrate on the Vishuddha chakra - inhale blue - breathe out blue. Repeat for 2-3 minutes.

NOTE: Make certain you see Vishuddha's energy spinning clockwise at the Throat what are the 7 chakras and also flowing down through both your arms and out though your fingers/thumbs and meeting five feet in the front.

Because these energies connect, in your thoughts say clearly what you wish to accomplish and what exactly it is you desire currently. Remember "the things you ask for you will definitely get" while Vishuddha's energies are flowing it is the time to bring your goals into physical manifestation.

Put your attention on the Ajna chakra - visualize the chakra being a bright INDIGO ball spinning clockwise.

As you concentrate on the Ajna chakra - breathe in indigo - breathe out indigo. Repeat for a couple of- 3 minutes.

NOTE: Make sure you view the Indigo ball's energy is spinning at the Third Eye or Ajna chakra. When you are comfortable seeing the spinning indigo wheel visualise, with your minds eye, that you are currently being placed in a chair in an all Indigo room. You see yourself looking out of any window and gazing in the stars (this assists with opening of your Third eye)

Put you attention in the Sahasrara or Crown chakra - visualize the chakra being a bright VIOLET ball spinning clockwise.

As you focus on the Sahasrara chakra - inhale violet - breathe out violet. Repeat for 2-3 minutes.

NOTE: Be sure you see the violet ball's energy spinning at the Crown chakra and as soon as happy that Sahasrara is spinning, in your minds eye, also envisage the opening of your Violet lotus flower on top of your Crown - turn this as large so when magnificent as you can.

Finally visualise Silvery/White light flowing down through the Heavens through your Crown chakra right through all of those other chakras and lastly into Mother earth.

Envisage yourself like a glowing white being with all the Chakras within that silvery light spinning brightly (with their colour). Hold this for roughly for two-3 minutes.

Relax, inhale deeply , breathe out deeply - three times

Slowly open your vision

You should feel exhilarated!
