10 Step Recipe to Change Your Life



1.Recognize- What is happening or you would like to change on and acknowledge it to yourself. You may even write what is going on this will assist ground the ability in to a conscious reality.

2.Tend not to judge it- Tend not to judge everything you have recognized because as soon as you judge it you might be again associated with it possible which you cannot change. After recognizing it and never judging it now choose preference. What you will choose to experience or otherwise not prefer to experience.

3.Make a decision- Choose what you want after you have selected a preference. Choice in such a case is building a dedication to yourself and taking action in the direction you might have.

4.Act- Act by removing yourself from locations or environments that perpetuate the old way of being. Taking action includes specifically altering your behaviors and changing your thought processes.

5.Tend not to judge- If you locate yourself going back to judgment remember step two and proceed through steps three and four once again, at least in your thoughts.

6.Do not take no on an answer- At this stage doubt often creeps in. When you start to learn no within your head or feelings of doubt alter the words no and doubt on the word how. How can i do this, how do I make this work, how do I obtain an answer to this should be your way of thinking.

7.Continue taking action- Consciously put yourself into situations and new experiences as a way to practice and develop new skills that may secure the direction you may have chosen.

8.Get answers- Become a solution finder. Get answers to questions or doubts from all of your new experiences or situations. Find methods to develop additional skills to help you in freely transitioning from the old approach to your new experiences.

9.Practice the newest skills- Test out the brand new skills that you are learning and so are having difficulties with. Get at ease with them and adjust these to your own personal personality within your style.

10.Remember to love yourself- Care enough about yourself to become by yourself chosen journey. Learn to enjoy, embrace, love, worry about and unconditionally accept yourself, what you are about as well as your new life clear of old limitations.
