Mr. Dansker co-established legal requirements firm of Dansker & Aspromonte with Salvatore Aspromonte in April 1989 at 30 Vesey Street, on the edge on the planet Trade Center site in Manhattan.
Mr. Dansker matured in South Jersey and graduated in 1976 from Rutgers University by using a degree in running a business Administration and a minor in Art History. As an undergraduate, he was President of the Economics Honor Society and owned and operated his student travel business. He subsequently entered Brooklyn Law School, that he graduated in 1979. After taking the bar, he traveled extensively in Europe and the Middle East before returning to The Big Apple where he became an associate with the law office of Weisberg, Sieven & Mammana. It had been there that Mr. Dansker learned his craft in trial advocacy, exclusively in the area of accidental injuries litigation. From 1980 until 1985, he tried numerous accidental injury cases with consistent success. As his expertise and reputation grew, he attracted a substantial client base. This eventually led him to establish Paul Dansker Associates in January 1986 before merging his practice with Mr. Aspromonte.
Mr. Dansker’s mission statement for his practice was remarkably simple: Treat every client with respect, and represent each client as though he or she was a member of their own family - never forgetting the firm has countless cases, although the client merely has one who they rely on to secure their future.
It had been that drive and philosophy that carried onto the firm of Dansker & Aspromonte. Since 1989, Mr. Dansker has personally won over $100 million for his clients through diligent preparation and persuasive trial techniques. Most notably, he won a medical negligence suit for any young boy in the Bronx, that will shell out over $50 million throughout his lifetime; $10.3 million for any young woman who sustained traumatic epilepsy when she was hit with a truck; and $7.3 million for a woman struck with a police motor scooter, among numerous others.
Mr. Paul Dansker personally oversees the litigation department and trains all the firm’s attorneys in advanced trial technique. He continues to build to get a brighter future.
Recently, he was inducted into Strathmore’s Who’s Who for demonstrating leadership and achievement.
Mr. Dansker was elected to Super Lawyers in October of 2011 in honor of his 32 several years of success in the area of Accidental Injuries Litigation.
